2. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise stated, WXY Visual Design owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to:
- The Z.Effect proprietary algorithm and digital filtering processes.
- All textile patterns and designs presented in the Collection.
- The Pattern Builder application interface, workflow, and code.
- The original photographic assets stored within the Archive (formerly Rebelgraff).
3. Use License
- Preview: You may view and download the PDF catalogs for preview and internal selection purposes only.
- Licensing: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or industrial printing of any pattern from the Collection or the Archive without a formal licensing agreement from WXY Visual Design is strictly prohibited.
- Bespoke Projects: Ownership and usage rights of custom designs created for clients will be governed by individual service contracts.
4. User-Generated Content If you use the Pattern Builder App to process your own images, you represent that you own the rights to said images. WXY Visual Design claims no ownership over your raw data but requires a technical license to process it through our proprietary tools.
5. Professional Recognition WXY Visual Design reserves the right to mention professional collaborations, industrial partnerships, and international awards (e.g., DRUPA Design Talents, Yoona.ai Berlin Fashion Week) as part of its studio credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability WXY Visual Design provides “production-ready” files. However, we shall not be held liable for any industrial production errors occurring after delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to perform a preliminary strike-off (sample test) before full-scale manufacturing.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
